Lamar wins 21-20. hard fought physical game. Richmond QB was real good dual threat. Reminded us of a bigger Jaelon Acklin. Richmond got the ball with less than 3 min left, they drove ball to Lamar 40 and had a chance at the end. Richmond coach did the worse job of clock management Ive ever seen. game ended with them still having 2 time outs. the clock ran out after 2nd down, they could have had at least 2 more shots into the end zone.
Lamar plays Luthern St Charles Fri at 3 at Mizzou for state championship

We beat them easily the first year, the second year you could tell he was really good and they returned the favor. Was he all Richmond had? |

they had a decent back and a couple decent recievers, but without him they wouldnt have gotten this far, IMO. we couldnt put to much pressure on him, or he'd take off running our d line just tried to contain him and did so except for one long run he busted off. He was accurate on his throws too. They werent able to get much running other than him scrambling around
