Should be a great game once again. Been a long time since liberty has had a long road trip. Can they make the 3hr drive and get the monkey off their back? Or does lamar make it 6 for 6?

just don't see it happening this year. Liberty is not as good as last year and Lamar is better than last year.
But that is why they play the games. Hope i am wrong and liberty does it

This is always Liberty's hump game every year , Lamar seems to be the mountain that we keep trying to climb but can't quite make it to the summit so we keep making the climb one more time . Lamar is the Best high school football program that I've ever seen , but , I believe in the saying that you have to beat the best to BE the best . WE are gonna give it one more time and try to get er done . GO EAGLES .

Is the game Friday night or Saturday?? Ozone said Saturday TBA and max preps got it Friday 7pm?  I have both days off and in the middle drive wise but still a few hours either way...would like to actually see the Eagles play this year. |

Nevermind went to the MHSSA website and saw its Saturday at 130pm...and so far NO WIND FORECASTED!!!!! lol

Since its so quiet ill throw this out there to stir the pot. Liberty fans coming in from the east on 160 you can stop at caseys or if coming up 49 you can hit up pizza hut on your way to the stadium

If your coming early try eating at Tractors BBQ or Caps Cabin Resturant two locally owned place in Lamar and both have good food.

Thanks for the food suggestions. And as far as I know the women that caused the scene will not be make the making the trip. As a Liberty fan that is still one of the most embarrassing things that we get lumped into. I apologize again. We are all not that bad. As far as the game Liberty will have to play a perfect game and catch some breaks or it could get ugly fast. It's a shame that this game couldn't happen later in the season.

Heck there has been a time or 2 that later on I'm embarrassed that I myself acted the way I did. In fact it was that post on the old site that was one of those times. I'm a homer for sure , but , I think that My Eagles have to play a perfect game to the very end and take advantage of every break , any stupid penalties or miscues wil have us sunk from the start . We are playing the Very best team in the state for the last million years and Lamar didn't get where they are by forgiving mistakes on the field . They can be beat but not by just wishing it to be true , This has to be the verybest game that WE have ever played or we stand no chance . The game will not come down to the wire this year , One team will be ready to play flawless football and the other won't . I'm hoping and praying the Eagles win but even I know that it will be a monumental task to take down a dynasty . We have to beat a dynasty before we start one . Go EAGLES .

Come on guys, the eagles really need to play a flawless game to win. Tell us something we don't know.
How many six time back to back state highschool championship football teams has Missouri seen? None!!!!!!
