Ava defeated Liberty 59-24 according to KY3 , I didn't get to go to the game tonight . You didnt miss much. Not sure what is sadder right now the Liberty defense or the Willow offense. |

MV defense had a pick six and on the Ava Offense....I'd say and please don't take any offense to this WS fans...I'm talking to you dew  ....WS offense is worse than MV defense. Joel has a good scheme but right now he lacks the Jimmy and Joe's to execute his X's and O's....it's just year one of the great reset, patience is needed. |

Oh I agree the liberty D is better.
With the exception of a couple yrs WS has not had the Jimmys and Joes to compete, but it has always been the coaches fault in the fans mind.
I work with some willow folks and we will see how long before the grumbling begins. It sounds like the last 2 weeks have been pretty ugly. Some want to grumble but since they are so happy to have Wyatt back they will refrain for now.

Let em grumble if they do. The only people that left the game early Friday night were some former players (still in school) who decided to mouth the team and some of their own parents told them to go the heck home that they weren't part of the problem as they didnt want to be part of the solution. Maybe I shouldn't repeated that but when 5% of your student body is playing boys sports that 5% is the only ones who chose to represent your town/school and endure the hardships. Those kids have better chances being leaders in the workforce after school than others. Whatever our year end record will be is what it will be, admire and proud of the ones making the effort.

the kids love the coach an have bought in. I know you'd love to be able to throw that in our faces boneyknob but not seeing it happen your gonna have to except the truth. the kids play hard for him! they're learning an working hard in weight room. the coaching staff work together very well.we get more out next year an I believe we will.

That Adams kid will set some SCA records by the time he graduates. 44 gets my vote for BOY. That kid can run the ball! Eagles got to get over all the dang arm tackling. 3rd string linebackers trying to learn on the fly are young. 3rd string QB holding his own but still learning also. Sliding Rodgers back to block helps some. Should be a decent game this week. |
