is Ava Falling to Hollister the Upset of the year? The biggest in this part of the State. In Class 3, Duchesne (14-16) beat Monroe City (22-5) by one. Monroe City was a favorite to make it to the final four. |

Upset for sure, I am not sure you would have found many that would have picked the Tigers.... but it wasnt exactly David vs Goliath. Hollister was state ranked for a good part of the season.

I think it was along the lines of this being quite possibly he best team Ava has had in any recent memory. and it Being Dalton's senior year |

Ava girls win over Willow 45-40
Willow boys win over Hollister 74-41.
Both will play at Nixa, boys play Lamar we heard. Not sure for Ava

No debating how good Willow is... but if you think they are EASILY better than Hollister, you are in for a shock. They may very well beat them.. But remember the same Aurora team that beat Willow was nearly turbo clocked by Hollister. Willow might very well be better. They have one of the very best coaches in the business and may win if the two play head to head. Just saying it is not a foregone conclusion. I could be wrong, but i am guessing that most have not seen all seven teams play. Well well well I guess it was not me that was in for the shock Willow steamrolled Hollister. And after the few first mins Hollister basically packed it in for the night. |

Ava, Grove, Willow, Thayer. All stronger teams. Similar to football the SCA teams play a more physical stronger game than their counterparts. No offense to Hollister and Forsyth, but it is just reality right now. |

the girls game was so good too. ws played them well. if a couple of 3s went down it could of been different turn out
very off shooting night for lady bear think it was just 2 3s ava lived by the 3. very physical game refs let th play for sure.
