Matt Collins, Willie Perkins, Jeremy Crudgington, Jon Martin, Nathan Webb, I sure wished I'd saved all the rosters over the years, I'm doing an injustice to a lot of people

"And with questions, the presence of knowledge returned to our world" ... author: unknown
Only three players in SCA history (since the 1950s) have won the Lineman of the Year award twice James Williams of Salem in 1991 and 93 (he is also the only SCA lineman to be named 1st team All State three times) Jack Healy of Mountain Grove in 2004 and 2005 (was a 2 time All State selection at linebacker) Ethan Johns of Mountain Grove in 2012 and 2013 (was a 2 time 1st team All State pick)
From the somewhat recent years Jordan Gower of Thayer and Tristan Halton of Ava were both 2 time 1st team All State picks
The Wynn boys from Salem won a lot of hardware. Andrew was a 2 time All State and 2 time All Ozark pick (All Ozark many times was much tougher to get on than All State). Mark was the 1996 LOY and was a 1st team All State pick. David was the 1990 LOY and a 2 time All State pick.
From the 1990s... Salem was loaded. They won 8 Lineman of the Year awards in the 1990s. With the Wynns and Williams. Add in Jerry Sells, John Tune, and Josh Gordan. Linemen from Salem loaded up on awards. Mike Wake from Willow Springs.
From the 1980s... Jeff Thompson from Cabool, Mike Freeman and Kevin Glenn from Ava, Tom Hills from Liberty, and Sean Keefe and Shannon Harris from Salem.
From the 1970s... (Mtn Grove won 6 of the 10 LOY awards but many of them went to pass catching TEs) Roger Dunlap, Rich Coffman (2 time All Ozark pick), and Clay Hatcher from Mountain Grove, Dwayne Flaggolle and Frank Miller from Cabool, and John Mitchell from Houston.
From the 1960s... Tom McLaughlin from Mtn View (2 time All Ozark pick), Larry Dooms and Larry Gaddis from Mountain Grove, John Twist from Willow Springs, Larry Lough from Salem, and John Medesette from West Plains.

Glad to see Realray adding his SCA knowledge to the mix. He and Coach Silvey probably know more about the SCA than anyone. You were spot on for the Salem Hogs. There are a few I would add. Brin Miajala, Jerry Chaftin, Oliver Elliott, and Matt Moncrief. Day in and day out these young men were major contributors to the Salem success as were the others that were mentioned earlier.
