Lamar Coach - Jared Beshore
Thought I would share this was an interesting article on Jared Beshore Lamar's head coach.
In the article, it was interesting to hear Jared talk about taking Joel up to the track during his summer off-season to do workouts. My knees can't take the pounding of jogging, but I would go up to the track to walk for exercise. I witnessed some of those off-season workouts that he discussed. I remember thinking to myself that pretty awesome that he would involve his younger brother like that.
