Thank you sirs , I know that almost every team just has bad days where nothing is right and everything is wrong . I'm sure being Grove you guys will bounce right back and be ready to put the smackdown on future opponents . I do appreciate you insight and candor .

We will rally, the staff knows their craft as well as anyone we have had since the A&W era. Everyone shares the blame in a loss players coaches and anyone on staff….filmer etc. Programs win as a team and lose as a team.

With all of the parody going on in the conference now none of us can take any team for granted , That makes me think that the SCA is getting stronger . What do all of y'all think ? I think it could actually mean the opposite. Ava, Grove and Liberty are all above average to good teams. Houston is 3-0, but do we really know how good they are? And it is entirely possible that it is just a bad team beating other bad teams. Thayer is way down, WAYYY down. Salem Cabool and Willow a big pile of meh.

I think the conference is about the same as it always was, if not a little worse but not by much. Like usual there's a handful of players that might play at the next level. 2 of the 3 best teams could end up being top 10 in the state, with the best team potentially being a top 5. Ok, but maybe not good or great. No state title contenders, no D2 or D1 level players. There have been years were the SCA had multiple state title contenders and several D1 level athletes.

It's about the Same....only difference is Thayer is down, Salem is bad and Houston is a bit better.
