Will be interested to see who the next coach is. My fist thought is that they will stay in house. (a couple of former head coaches on that staff, included the man that started the Lamar dynasty) I would say whatever they are going to do, it has been in the works for a while.

I think things at Webb are not as smooth as they use to be. 13 state titles.... who wants to follow that legacy. Always best to follow the guy after the Man.

Be a dam tough role to step into. Bailey could be the guy maybe he can poach some of that Lamar talent! 😂

Bailey has decided to come back to Lamar to finish his career. The former assistant head Coach Thad Lundine retired after last season and Bailey will take over his position and be the defensive coach. A former Webb City player that was a former assistant coach will take over in Webb City.
