Well as good as Pruitt looks he only needs OC to snap him the ball and he can beat a lot of teams by himself. Dude is a beast. At QB/RB he will place everyone in conflict!!

Noooopppeeee dang I wish. He looked dominating at our Thud scrimmage back in June…and MV used him sparingly.

Some of those kids are so good that you feel like they’ve played forever lol I feel like I’ve been hearing his name called on the broadcast when they play Ava for the last 5 years lol Great athlete! |

not fielding a team is no joke around ws.... 2 seniors one who hasn't played less kids out than last year? very scary ws program in trouble! now that's just what I've been told don't know if true but was a good source. I thought couple years ago this might happen ws not having a team an its very sad to see!

I thought couple years ago this might happen ws not having a team an its very sad to see! Last I heard we had 30 on opening day of camp. We already knew we were going to be extremely young. That is no fault of the coaches or ad. This year's senior class just hasn't had hardly an athlete participate in anything for several years, including mighty mites or pee wee basketball. This year's junior class not much better. We are once again in develop stage. I hate it but we can't force them to play or not graduate - boy wouldn't that be nice.... |

Everyone that followed the youth and junior high squads suspected that WS was in trouble numbers and athlete wise. It was clearly a factor IMO on Wyatt moving to WP.
Your current coach is going to take some licks more than likely in the next couple of seasons. Do to youth and lack of depth. Not his fault at all.

We're not the only town going through or went through it either. What's weird is most go through that in 1 sport. We do have some decent incoming freshmen and 8th graders. They have added more practice time and gotten more involvement in our mighty mite programs as well. This crew is making an effort and seems to care. It just won't show this year on the W/L column  Eh well - we've endured for this many years now, what's another  |
