Ava vs. Buffalo - Penalty before the opening kickoff - weird

I watched it 3 times, I don't see anything obvious to flag. Somebody from Buffalo must have said something for the penalty.

The only time I've seen a flag before kickoff was when we had a kid wearing the wrong # on the roster at Houston. We got 5 yards for it and the kid played. Coach Ary made sure he remembered to take his own uniform to the trailer from then on and not make a freshman do it
