I am having trouble putting a finger on this one. Can anyone provide any insight on Potosi?
Salem has a better record by one win, but it looks like Potosi has played up some. Not quite sure
if Potosi's conference is as tough as the SCA though. I'll admit I am a little partial to the SCA.
Any thoughts on this one?

After comparing their schedules I just asked myself if I thought Potosi could beat Thayer and I thought yes so I picked em. |

Here's how Potosi's season went:
1) Lost 28-24 to Owensville
2) Won 35-7 over St Clair
3) Lost 33-7 to 9-0 Central (Park Hills)
4) Won 21-0 over Perryville
5) Won 21-11 over Fredericktown
6) Lost 33-13 to Ste. Genevieve
7) Lost 47-26 to Farmington
8) Lost 33-18 to North County
9) Won 33-31 over DeSoto with Kingston
They almost knocked off 9-0 Owensville in Week 1...Central looked to be too much for them as they also went 9-0...Ste Genevieve was 5-4 and got the 2 seed in the district with Salem and Potosi...Farmington was 6-3 and got the 1 seed in Class 4 District 1...and finally they lost to 6-3 North County who with the 6-3 record managed the 4 seed in same district with Farmington so looking at how Potosi did this year they look similar to Salem on opponents faced record wise cuz u could take Salems loses to Ava, Liberty and Grove and compare them to Potosi's loses to Owensville, Parks Hills Central and Farmington...I think it's gonna be a great ball game but I still pick Salem but won't be surprised if Potosi wins it

Salem season came to an end tonite in POTOSI 34-24 great season none the less guys...Just wanna say there's a lot of people that think we could be doin a lil better with a few coaching changes but just the rumor mill...I personally am used the winning tradition that Salem has had since before I moved here in 1999 hope things go back to the dominance we used to have
