Ash Grove Class 2 last year.8-3 record going into the District Final.Thayer stands at 6-5.Bobcats will have to control the game with the ground attack.This should be a pretty close game.Think with Thayers conference play this just might give Thayer the edge.Ash Grove does have some backs and they can pass as well.Think Thayer can stop the run,just might be the passing game that hurts them.Thayer by 2 tds.

I was there watching with my son, Bobcat61, and Mrs. Bobcat 61, lol.
It was a great game! Although, Thayer had better step it up before they face Valle, otherwise it's going to be ugly. Gotta cut down on the penalties, catch every pass thrown (including attempted interceptions that should have been caught), and throw better passes (yes, I know the QB is very young). The defense took some big stands last night, but Valle isn't going to go down near as easily on those conversions. Gotta make sure that you wrap them up boys, and don't let go! Last night was a physical game, but it's gonna have to go 10 notches higher. Good luck to the Bobcats, I hope you guys shock Valle!
