As I am looking through the schedules and scores we had some good ball games this year. I thought I would start a top 10 category of games of the year for the SCA schools. And of course, I want to see your picks as well

In dew's no particular order of ranking

Festus 26, Cabool 24 from week 1
Willow 19 Cabool 18 from week 3 (talk about pulling rabbit out of hat!

)
Salem 25 Houston 12 from week 3 the score is a tad spread out but Houston usually gets blown away by Salem, this year they stood their ground till the end
Liberty 28 Ava 20 from week 4
Thayer 14 Salem 7 from week 4
Salem 33 Willow 24 from week 6
Sarcoxie 31 Cabool 24 in District round 1
Diamond 27 Willow 24 in District round 1
Potosi 31 Salem 24 in District round 1

To round out my top 10, and my nomination for game of the year is Liberty/Grove part 2 - Liberty 26 Grove 25

Looks about right to me. Cabool sure had some good, close games. If they could have only pulled them out. I hope they have better luck next season.

I was there with Hitman Dee Daniels and Big Troy Dudley. Now I wish that I were at that Liberty/Grove II match up.
