Ignoring the record, Liberty really missed having Cornman at linebacker. He covered up a multitude of sins and made opposing running backs not want their number called too much. The bulk of last years team returned, yet the result with Lamar was drastically different.
I thought Grove was better this year and Thayer was unexpectedly good with their underclassmen. The Bobcats will be a real contender next year, not just at the conference level.

Better - not to toot a horn, but MY BEARS! and not just record wise like you say, tho 1-9 last year only leaves room for improving lol Also Better tho theyve had good records in the past but still couldnt top liberty this year, Grove Fell off - graduation hurt Houston the most I believe and Cabool keeps staying young

Willow Springs has to be one of the top picks. They came in and busted some people in the mouth. Thayer was a definite surprise. Many people thought that they would be down, and they still ended up playing Valle Catholic! Great job to the Bears and Bobcats.

I agree on Thayer Ben. There for a while the team doctor was the team MVP, they had injuries out the wazoo. But they still won a district title and faced Valle once again. The Bobcats should be stronger next year.
