"....I believe that they should automatically be put up a class for more of an even playing field." - looks like we have another participation ribbon recipient. How about if you continue to be a loser, you move down a class, "for a more even playing field". This mindset is what is ruining our youth. Ridiculous Dude you really reached on this one. Nobody expects this to actually happen it's just a conversation starter. State your opinion without all the piss and vinegar man.

I guess I detected some piss in the original post about " being put up a class..." and I've heard this same comment, before. Does it not chap anyone else when this is the result of high school kids who get rewarded for their hard work and get it done the right way? I guess it's been puked out on the Mosports board more than it has on this one. Am I wrong?

First of all I am a firm believer in receiving just accolades and not getting a trophy for "participation". The only thought that I had is man would it be cool to see a team be rewarded for being a class above the rest actually be put in a class above the rest. Ya being a 6 time state champion is great...but dang guys to go out and rip into someone because of a comment that you obviously don't agree with is terrible I mean sheesh are you all liberals or something??? and get off being nasty and lumping people without knowing a back story. I was just trying to get a conversation going and it worked until Bonehead (appropriate name BTW and lhstiger81 started throwing out what they "believe" and thats cool but you have to feel like quite a person to disagree on a sports forum and not give a rebuttal as to why you feel that way. I guess you are happy being in the lower third of the state! I say that with respect to the players just not to that specific "fan" you sirs are what is wrong with our youth...lets stay in a group where we know we can dominate instead of reaching up and out...It was a conversation starter you tards lol anyways I always like the banter back and forth but man oh man. So you wanna call us out for completely disagreeing with you and "ripping" on you then you take a shot at me with the appropriate name comment Lol. And then call us "tards" and we are what is wrong with our youth. Very classy You don't penalize future classes by making them have to play up a class because of success. Lamar has worked their tail off to win in the class they belong. The thing to be upset about here if anything is the way trinity came about. The are the poster child for what is wrong with private schools in Missouri. Lamar has done things the right way. Trinity has done things the wrong way. Here re is the bottom line. If Liberty won 6 straight you would not be talking about this

I don't think Lamar should move up, I also don't think it would even matter since you beat the C3 champ without your best player. But it is a fun thought to think about Lamar playing Maryville, Harrisonville, Kearney, etc. I think that is more the spirit of the original post. Also, there is absolutely nothing that anyone could ever say that would take anything away from what Lamar has accomplished up to this point.
