According to the posters on MoSports Miller's coach is gone and Jamie LaSalle is taking over. He was the coach at Marionville 2 yrs ago and East Newton just last year. Can anyone confirm this hire?

Also - It's being told (no confirmation) that Miller will not play us in the next cycle, and I think we are going to get Strafford in their place (2018 schedule). This was the talk in the bleachers last night at the baseball game, so stay tuned...

Having said that I heard one parent say they may be off the table now so who knows. We shall find out soon. And yes, attitudes need to be addressed. Discipline needs to take precedent, and not just coach discipline but self discipline. This issue was not team wide but just enough. I spent a good part of basketball season watching kids backtalk coaches like they were NBA players with all the rights and a few nights I about walked out the door. And no not just Willow either, this was several places. Part of it is the day and age we are in, the other part is nobody willing to do squat about it.

too many coaches afraid of losing their star players and their own jobs. I would hate to be a coach(side gig) where your full time job is dictated prima donna players and their parents.
