I dont get to as many games as I used to and hear a lot on radio. It gives me a chance to listen to a lot of different teams and a lot of different announcers...
Who are some of your favorites?

Mike Crase - Kkountry 95 in Thayer
MoSooner does a good job for Reeds Spring as well (you can listen to him online)
And Homering a bit but Larry & Marty Spence from Willow do good
All 3 of these call the game pretty much down the middle and very sportsmanlike

Crase from Thayer and Gary Lee from Liberty best 2 at HS sports in our area hands down.

I have heard the Liberty guy.. he is not bad for sure.
If you have not heard Mike McClure from Monett (internet) He is really good.
The guy from Reeds Spring is incredible. They are lucky to have him, he should be doing big time college games. His enthusiasm can't be matched. There is no doubt who he wants to win but he keeps it professional.
Kevin Stubblefield up at KGEL Lebanon/Camdenton is good as well.

I rarely listen to other announcers.Crase is good but he does lose track of who's on first.He has got to have a good spotter.Now,Back in the day,earley to mid 80's Highland had a broadcaster that kinda partook of the adult beverage.My dad worked with him at this time at his 9 to 5 job.

Easy on the announcer. A lot of them are music jockeys trying to do sports
