Ok folks, overall a lot better scores last week... Still no one has had a perfect week... This is normally a huge week in the league (Grove v Liberty) Some competitive game possibly outside the league... I have selected a couple of "toss up" games outside the league, so it should be tougher this week.. now watch someone finally get them all right...

Of course I cannot go against grove but I am curious to see a couple grove picks form neutral people with Otwell being iffy at best for Friday. I sure hope we still get the W, but someone is going to have to step up big at QB. The option part of our offense is usually crucial to keeping Coach K and Libertys Defense off balance. I know we have a couple kids that can play QB but none that have seen the speed of the option vs a Varsity D. Also the option heavily depends on mesh with your RB's and I am sure the jv Qb's don't spend much time repping the option with varsity backs at practice.....Should be an interesting game for sure!

First off gonna be some good games this FRIDAY!!!
Ava----man of man they are good
Grove----either going to be tight or turbo clock
Salem----man could go either way this game.
Thayer----Could be one of those "games" another thread was talking about cabool giving 100%
Reeds Spring----Hollister will give them fits though
Seneca----Aurora will hang around......might pull it off.
Strafford----at home and they are streaking well atm.
West Plains----trying not to score compare but hey if it works lol
Cassville----see above
Lockwood----homefield advantage wins it.

Our QB is iffy for Friday....and he is not the only player gimpy and who might not play. So it could be a tough night for the Grove. Not making excuses or disclosing who is not 100% but just relaying the situation. Let's just say the players are key cogs in our offense and defense.
As far as who will play QB it will more than likely be the QB who came in and finished out the game last Friday. He was the Back up in camp until he fractured his wrist and once it healed he was slotted back in at QB. He is a good one but he is no C. Otwell...will remind you of a B. Otwell lite. Throws decent, runs Ok and has a bit of power but is not even is the same ball part as C.Otwell athletic wise.

OK... so you end up score compare for West Plains and Cassville... But you think Hollister gives RS fits.. common opponents scores Rogersville over Hollister 29-21, RS over Rog 53-14. Bolivar over Hollister 49-0 RS over Bolivar 36-16. Hmmmmmmmmmm... ( just giving you crap, you could be right) |

Ava - everyone in a Bears uniform plays this week
Grove- Will be different if Otwell does not play. You cant just replace him and not skip a beat.. they win but wont be turbo without him
Salem- They have the numbers and get the win
Thayer- they are just the better team
Reeds Spring- Wolves have never lost to the Tigers... It does not happen this year. Last 6 meetings 52-14, 50-0, 45-0, 57-8, 41-0, 43-14
Seneca- Aurora could pull the upset if everything goes right, but I just dont think it does. Indians keep it rolling
Strafford- They may not be quite where they were a few years ago but they are the better team here.
West Plains- I believe in the Zizzers
Cassville- They win vs St James got them back on the right track
Pierce City- This should be a great small school football game.. I have gone back and forth... Give me PC but not overly confident in the pick.. both are good.
