I skipped my picks last week because I am working hard on getting my business up off the ground. I have not had much time to do anything else. I had a little time this morning though, so here goes!
Class 5 District 4
Ozark over Lebanon (22-20)
This was probably the hardest one for me to choose. I think Ozark gets it done,
but most are expecting Lebanon to win.
Class 5 District 5
Willard over Carthage (28-22)
Upset'orama! Willard is rolling and I think they go in and stun Carthage this year.
Class 4 District 4
St. Francis Borgia over Rolla (35-21)
I think this game has great potential and may be closer than I predicted! I am
very interested to see the outcome.
Class 4 District 5
Webb City over Carl Junction (35-14)
No brainer, Webb is rolling. I just don't think CJ has that much firepower to
stop them.
Class 3 District 1
Park Hills Central over Salem (42-21)
PHC has been one of the best teams in class 3 this year and while I see Salem
putting up some points, I don't think it will be very close.
Class 3 District 4
Reeds Spring over Mount Vernon (35-13)
I just have a feeling that Reeds is going to be a whooping on MV. Just a feeling.
Class 2 District 3
Ava over Mountain Grove (42-21)
This might not even be that close. I don't think Grove stands a chance with all of
their injuries, then again...it's Grove, so who knows!
Class 2 District 4
Lamar over Fair Grove (49-0)
No question
Class 1 District 2
Pierce City over Thayer (14-7)
Honestly, this probably should be my game of the week. I would love to see this
one and I hope that they will be broadcasting on CityLinkTV! I think PC gets it
done by 1 td.
Class 1 District 3
Lockwood over Adrian (28-7)
I don't think Adrian plays the same kind of football that we do around here. I
don't see this one being very close. Lockwood with the win.
Class 1 District 4
Lincoln over Crest Ridge (28-14)
I think these two might match up pretty well. Could be a good game.
8-Man District 4
Sacred Heart over Greenfield (44-16)
Sacred Heart dominates.
