Let’s hear your way too early 2018 SCA football predictions. I’ll start.
1. Ava
2. Liberty
3. Thayer
4. Houston
5. Salem
6. Grove
7. Cabool
8. Willow
I think the battles for first and last place will be very intense.

As of right now (and yes, way too early but love talking about football), I'll say Ava and Thayer for #1, then the rest is a dogfight. You can obviously make a case for any team from 3 to 8 of why you got them there. My biggest question is Cabool. I work in that town and the attitudes/enthusiasm is making a big change in the upward direction. Question is, will it show on the field this year or is this senior class investing in the future by getting more kids out to play?

My personal opinion is a lot of people are sleeping on Salem. They forget they did play for a District title a year ago. I’ve heard some good things coming out of camp this summer. Tigers could be back to their old prowling ways soon. Go Big Blue prove em all wrong. Reclaim the SCA dominance again

Ava, again this year, I think everyone agrees
View, coaching staff
Thayer, will be good as well
Grove, just see them finishing here
Salem, just lost too much coming into this year
Houston, still has some work to do

Expect a crap shoot after the bears.

Since the Conference season has been laid to rest I thought I might revisit this prediction thread and get some thoughts I must admit I thought Grove exceeded my and most Talking heads expectations a bit coming in tied for 2nd with Liberty. Ava is right where I figured. Thayer faltered a bit IMO.
