Anyone awake??? 
Curious to see how the offseasons are going. I have seen some facebook posts of kids hauling hay, lifting weights, and running as a team but not in large numbers (3 different towns).
Willow has sent kids to 7 on 7's in Ozark. All I know is the fact we went I dont know if we did good or bad, just heard it went ok. We are also doing 7 on 7 tournament in Springfield coming up. I am not sure how many are hitting the weight room but I do know it's more than last year but could be better (things can always be better, lol).

(no comment). From what I gathered we lost 3 matches vs Branson, Ozark, and Nixa but was close to them in points (however that works), and we beat Forsyth at the 7on7. It was said our kids came home Friday and were close to dead, lol. If we werent in shape we are now!
