God, as I come before you right now, nothing more than an old worthless sinner saved by Grace. And God, despite my failures, I humbly ask for your love and protection to be upon each and every student, and parent in our community. I pray for their safety as they compete in sporting events, and as they struggle to just get thru life. Lord bless the families that have recently lost loved ones, and help us all to cherish life in a greater way! Help us to realize the difference between worldly pleasure, and things that are eternal! Remind us Lord to put You first, and to love each other more! Give us wisdom, and patience, with each other. God, we thank you for these young adults that work so hard to compete, and the adults that devote their time to teach them. Please heal our existing injuries, prevent any new ones, and keep us safe during our travels.
