I loved fris being more hard core that's what you need. maybe it's the youth coaching I don't know. I don't like throwing out comparisons to ary cause ther just isn't many like him. I do believe what mghs said about town maybe soft is true. a lot of parents don't care for ther kids to get yelled or feeling hurt but nothing prepares you for the real world like a strong minded coach that isn't afraid to tell you how it is an push in the right direction.

Could you clarify your statement Dew..on the Bball coach did you hire him because he is a touchy feely coach or hire him because he is a Ball Buster coach?
The real good coaches are both to a degree, they demand accountability, and effort but also can be caring and personal to the players. A Beater coach isn't good in this day and age as kids are triggered and upset by everything and will quickly quit and a Pure Players coach will fail because in general kids are softer, and less motivated and that coach no matter how smart will never get a max effort from his players on instill toughness and grit.

We got Mr. Wilson (forgot his first name) from Strafford who was at Hartville and another place prior to that

You hired Mike Wilson from Hartville/Strafford yeah he is a good one, I know him a bit, being my Dad is from Hartville and all my relatives reside there still.
