I know MV has played them in the past any tips on long trip and local area ...besides taking bug spray?? You got that right. Their field is maybe 2 blocks from the Mississippi. When we played them they were spraying the streets around the stadium right before the game for mosquitoes. Nice field though and nice people too. Its a long flat trip for sure.

Make sure you take the correct turn on the way out of town, we went toward the river one night and it wasnt very welcoming down there. Complex and people at the game were great though.

If you end up going down through Sikeston, I would recommend stopping in Dexter and eating at either the Hickory Log or Dexter BBQ. Two classic spots.

Well now,if you are going thru Dexter, you might want to stop at Tootie's 225.Some of the best ribs I have had.Providing that they are still open, has been some time.
