After lengthy talks with different people it's now comming down to individual schools and health departments on if a sport gets cancelled or not. I personally dont like this idea because that will screw up conference standings and district set up. Does anyone think they mshsaa will just say this is enough or do you think they will set sideline like they have thus far and stay with letting each school and hd make the calls. I think most of us are in agreement covid ain't going no where so is this how the rest of our year will go with all sports?

Let individual schools and conferences make the call as opposed to the overlords

I prefer MSHSAA leaving things up to individual schools on a case by case basis. Sure it may suck for things like conference standings but who cares! I’d rather have messed up standings than a cancelled season for everyone. If a school can play, let them play!

Guess if it is a conference game it's null and void?District game it counts as a forfeit?

Yes, MSHSAA put out those guidelines before the season... If a game in the regular season is cancelled because of COVID it will just go down as a non-game... Playoffs would require forfeits.
