As usual, make a pick, throw in a score (which I forgot to do last week), and see who can come the closest to the game of the week. Willing to bet Nixa/Joplin is on KY3/Ozone's radar for game of the week.

Fair Grove edges out Liberty 28-21. Liberty loses but they will slowly get better as seasons goes onward. Fair grove will win all but 1 games this year headed into districts.

Watched the Buffalo Ava game...Buffalo is very one dimensional. If they don't get a pass game going they won't beat FG. Ava really out physical'd them and I think FG can actually do that to them as well. Buffalo has speed but at this point their offense was very inconsistent. Their Defense also didn't tackle well, but some of that could of been the Flexbone and Ava strength.

Grove got hammered a bit by Fair Grove, Caruthersville got hammered by Sikeston who was 2-8 last year. I see split picks on this game already. Help???

Game of the week has gotta be FG and Liberty. Not having Watts makes a big difference for Liberty but I'm also interested to see how Pruett fares as the featured QB. I think many of the folks who follow Liberty closely would expect him to be able to answer the call. Should be fun to find out!

Gonna go outside the conf and say Joplin 24 Nixa 22.
Not on this list, and will be my first experience, is Mtn Home vs Harrison, should be a dandy. I'll tell coach Ary hey for you all. I promised him this trip last year and this will be as good a chance as I can get.
