Heard the Pintos were supposed to be a dangerous team but the Cubs dominated them tonite

I was at this game. Monett is very good this year. They have size and speed on defense. This could be the best Monett team in several years. Monett dominated the line of scrimmage. Branch, the running back for the Cubs, is a beast. Very powerful runner. Had about 125 yards on about 15 carries. Usually took 3, 4 or sometimes more Pintos to bring him down. Monett's defense was in the Pinto backfield all night long. California's QB was tough. He took a beating, was sacked 7 times, knocked down several more, and was their primary ball carrier. He will definetely be sore the next day.
I doubt if California makes it out of their district. They have Fair Grove and Lamar to get by. They better protect their QB better. If he goes down, they will be average at best. As for Monett, Class 3 better keep an eye on them. They have everything needed to make a deep run in the post season.

WOW, if this Cubs team is better than they were two and four years ago, they must be crazy good.
