Is it just me or has the Ozone web site went down hill....not as many articles and coverage as in years past. They use to have a video round table with their reporters and talk about the big games and make picks. Now it's pretty sparse. I also noticed they send out fewer Video Crews to games....and tend to stay closer to Springfield. I guess that is the trend hence forth that the ignoring of rural area's and the concentration of suburban and urban area's is the Norm.
And the Ozone TV scoreboard guy who replaced Chad Plein is really bad....I mean really really bad. Stumbles around with choppy sentences and appears to be pretty low IQ on football or at least comes across that way. Maybe he will get better but so far he is hard to watch.

Remember when KY3 had that helicopter and would land at every game possible, shoot some footage, and post the scores? We were kicking West Plains's butt one night till that thing landed and the game got reversed. That very thing happened to us 3 times that year, lol so we got to thinking it was a jinx But I agree. The Ozone has gone WAY downhill. The tv stations are not locally owned anymore, they're owned by some outfit in Virginia/West Virginia and I don't like it. Also if your kid is in a picture on their website and you want a copy of it they charge. Does your kid get to charge them for taking his/her pic??? We have 2 ladies in Willow who will take 200-250 pics a night apiece at EVERY sport and do it all for free, and you can share their pictures. They've also been known to take some pics for parents at other schools. Surely a corporate tv network could pitch in a little.

Oh yeah the KY3 Fly around was awesome.....I remember when Jerry Jacobs was at KSPR sports director....before the merger of the two stations. And they made a great Parody of the Fly around. They stated they couldn't afford a Helicopter but they had their own version and then began Showing their Reporters jumping on a Train, hitch hiking, getting on a Bus, in trucks etc. and One KSPR reporter pushing the other on a two wheeled dolly to the Games. It was funny as Shart.
