What was wrong about what I said? Not a thing. Everything I said was spot on. Did Beshore play? No he didn't. Did Lamar slow down Nevada's offense? The game wasn't as close as what the score indicates. What was the final score? 47-26. I predicted 43-26. So, it seems that you were the one that was WRONG!! If you are from Lamar I’m disappointed. You know better then to let information on players health out in the first place. It’s a town rule. It’s not to be spread all over the internet. Second you stated it like he’s missing multiple weeks. The Tigers have no hard games left. Why would they risk losing him longer by playing him? He’s going to play some to none into districts. Now quit talking about kids health on the internet. This is different than a prayer request. It’s helpful to opponents to know the health of an opposing team. I knew Lamar would beat the breaks off of them. I love a block away from the field and I have relatives playing. Better get out the Dunking Wheel for this guy he talked about a player being injured....I guess the town counsel will decide Stockade or the Dunking Wheel.. Really in all seriousness I didn't see where anyone was giving in depth detailed injury reports about specific players, saying player has a hurt knee, wrist or foot is pretty vague and non-specific. It's pretty easy to assess what body part that was injured on a player from watching the film or from the stands watching the game live. Now if someone was going into great detail like OH he has a strained MCL or a slight tear in his meniscus to his left knee etc. etc. you might have a valid point. I don't get how you gathered from his post that he was going to be missing several weeks he said he was walking around on the sideline and he didn't know what his status was for the game....Maybe you shouldn't of started your response with WRONG! which can come off as a bit in your face of course he took the bait and when Beshore didn't play he stuck it in your face as well.

I shouldn’t have specifically took out frustration on him. I’ll accept I projected/took out on anger some here. It wasn’t the original plan, then I saw on other forums where people went into detail, and also stated how long (without having any clue what they are talking about. So I came back here and saw this comment he made. Took it out on him. (Once again shouldn’t have.) People shouldn’t play doctor on these online forums. We already do armchair research/predictions. Lol Just doesn’t sit right, nor should it for anyone to talk about kids health on these forums that’s not prayer request, or talking about game details and it’s already well known A (what happened) and B (someone just isn’t playing for awhile or all season) I feel it’s a conversation starter that’s inappropriate and gossip without that context.

Also, posts have been deleted because of how egregious they were about specific details on other forums. Just a backstory angle for you. I understand entirely what you are saying. And to SW? Sorry it got taken out on ya. You weren’t even that close to being as detailed as other or as specific.

Just a final thought for SW. The Tigers were lucky enough to see from film they didn’t need Beshore. If the Lamar tigers were playing in the district championship/or further rounds? He would’ve played. They are really just playing with house money right now. Letting him rest. Why not? Wilkerson is a great backup. That was my reasoning for saying it like he’s not hurt, what I really mean is he’s healthy enough to play if he has to, but since he doesn’t? Let it heal/get rest. He’s a tough kid? He may beg and plead to play before then? Who knows. He could play against Cassville. Sorry once again.

No problem with any of that for me , this is one of the few places on social media that we can say what we feel and others can unload on us when we do without the buthurt . You have been here quite awhile and have added this site . One other thing If the young man is a Beshore you can bet on him in the most needed times , I for one will never count Lamar as down nor out .

After more discussing with other officials this is the rule that I think applies to this situation.
Rule 7-4-3
ART. 3... The ball belongs to the passing or fumbling team unless lost after fourth down if a fumble or a backward pass:
a. Goes out of bounds between the goal lines; or
b. Becomes dead inbounds while no player is in possession; or
c. Becomes dead inbounds while opponents are in joint possession. 2022 NFHS Football Rules Book - NFHS © 2022

You are correct eagletimer, the ball belonged to Willow.
