Will be back in action Friday against a tough Sparta team for a shot at back to back final fours.

I'm confused as to why you played last night after finishing districts just Friday. Also Sparta, close to Springfield is playing you (basically Spfld region), in Warrensburg? Yeah I thought it was odd playing Sparta in Warrensburg. State ranked #1 and defending class 3 champs Charleston lost last night. If you go by the rankings that means Thayer would be the favorites right now in Class 3. Anything can happen especially playing with no seniors on the team but you have to think this experience will be huge for next year as well.

This year Boys finished districts on Friday and play on Monday. Girls Saturday and Tuesday. I understand making it uniform, where all teams have the same rest, but not sure about the quick turnaround. But, the other side, you get more time between Sectionals and Quarters now. |

Grove fought hard, but fell to Rogersville 73-51. was only down 5 at halftime. Girls Play tonight against Rogersville

Rog come out and looked like they were going to run away with it, but Grove fought back and was able to keep it close. That score is not close to how competitive the game was. Big 4th quarter makes the score misleading.

I just checked MSHSAA website - The 9 win boys beat 15 win Cuba (3 seed) and 10 win St. Clair (2 seed) to get to 15 win (1 seed) Sullivan. The girls (2 seed) are playing vs St. James (1 seed) |

I just checked MSHSAA website - The 9 win boys beat 15 win Cuba (3 seed) and 10 win St. Clair (2 seed) to get to 15 win (1 seed) Sullivan. The girls (2 seed) are playing vs St. James (1 seed) wow, bit surprising. looks like that District was a bit on the week tho as far as wins and losses |
