Carter is as tough as they come. But, he doesn't look comfortable out there one bit. Curious how they practiced all this week. Not making excuses one bit because liberty came to play for sure, but it's sad to see injuries hurt a team this much. We all knew this is a game both teams circle on the calendar. |

Big game for the Eagles tonight. Good to get some momentum as we move forward. Very impressed by the defensive play, and happy to hear that Jaris appears to continue to improve.

Like someone told me one time.You gotta win with the players you have on the field.I think every team has gone thru the injury bug one time or the other.Dont make it any easier to lose tho.

You beat a team whos qb could barley roll to his right let alone walk and throw off balance passes and never run the ball and yet you get momentum from this win?Thayer would have won this game tonight. |

I agree. Carter was not Carter tonight. He had 1 carry all night. And it took every ounce he had to get those 8 or 9 yards. Acklin absolutely out coached us the way he adjusted the defense. Anyone with a set of eyes could see after we started the 3rd with 2 fumbles that led to 2 tds that we weren’t gonna be able to keep our game plan.
