heard from multiple people that Coach Payne was fired from his Football Coaching position.
Were things not already bad enough that the School Board decided to take it even further?

All I can do is shake my head, shrug my shoulders. I have reached out to a couple parents who didn't know yet once I got the message from Jordanearl wanting to know about things. Word hits another town before our kids find out. I have called newsmax to see if they can find out what's going on as this surely has political coverage written on it .....

should willow just fold the football program? with the way things have went down last few years it sure seems like the School board is not putting a lot of effort into trying to turn the program around.

Honestly I don't know anymore. The new weight and conditioning room was supposed to solve a lot of that and it's built/open now. Give the guy a dang chance like they have the others. Oh well....

Unless they have an ace up their sleeve that no one knows about they are closer to disbanding the program than anyone truly realizes. It is a clown show.

I don't have a clue who is on the school board in Willow. but everyone of them need to take a long look in the mirror and ask themselves if they are part of the problem or the solution. and remember these are elected positions. The town can also speak up and show their displeasure.

So this is via fb messenger, private message and right now I don't know if anything I tell here is true - He's allegedly been let go but they want him to stay here and teach, coach the weight room and conditioning program. If he's good enough to develop the kids he's good enough to coach. If this is true this only confirms my statement about the politicals. Which means like you say they got someone in mind or .... someone already here is getting bumped up (which has happened here before).
