Speaking of tough as nails - I will personally jackslap any Bear fan who thinks we will be SCA champs all of a sudden due to his arrival and posts such on this board  (if the million rumors are true and I'm hoping/believing so). There is a TON of work to do and a ton of buying in to do. He has gotten kids to buy in 3 times (willow to a point as Ary already had that ball rolling, kennett, malden) along with making Grove even better than what they were so it can definitely be done for the program. I do, however, believe we will win games this year, just don't know how many. I can tell you all this just from the texts and messenger notes I been getting, this town is waking up from a long nap and actually getting excited about football. |
